Closing Remarks

Our training workshop is designed to provide a practical operational framework for pre-emptive action planning and our simulation game trains the participants’ crisis management skills by playing out an actual crisis where they can explore all phases of crisis management. They will also be invited to form a crisis committee with the other participants and asked to analyze the crisis, determine a clear strategy and implement the right actions. With the input of the first conference day in mind, participants will be prepared to face all crises head on.
